During the project start-up stage, the project manager of JS Group had in-depth communication with the AIC management team. After understanding the teaching needs of the college in detail, JS Group began to design space renderings. The design space included kindergarten classrooms, primary school classrooms, computer classrooms, Library, leisure discussion room.
1. Kindergarten classroom
Kindergarten classroom design focuses on children’s safety and interactivity. In order to meet the physical and mental development needs of children, JS Group selected kindergarten classroom furniture with low profile and rounded corners to ensure that students are safe and comfortable during activities. The kindergarten tables and chairs in the classroom can be flexibly adjusted to meet the needs of different teaching activities. The layout of the classroom is spacious and bright, with bright colors and interesting decorations, creating a creative learning environment that stimulates children's curiosity.
2. Equipped Classrooms
Considering modern technology, JS Group provides students with well-equipped classrooms to enrich traditional teaching methods and help them transition to digital classrooms. JS Group designed ergonomically designed student desks and chairs for this space, and added adjustable functions to the design of student desks and chairs to facilitate teachers to adjust according to the needs of different age groups. The space layout in the classroom is compact and reasonable, providing sufficient space for activities and allowing students to enjoy a spacious teaching environment in a limited space. The wall design incorporates educational elements to enhance the classroom atmosphere and encourage students to actively participate in learning.
3. Computer Classroom
The computer classroom finds a perfect balance between functionality and modern technology. Computer desks and chairs ensure students maintain a comfortable posture while using computers for long periods of time. The desktop design of the computer fully considers the placement needs of computer equipment, and also provides sufficient storage space for students to store personal belongings. The space is also equipped with efficient power sockets and modern multimedia equipment to provide students with an efficient learning environment.
4. AIC Digital Library
AIC library provides access to an excellent Digital library portal with age-appropriate eBooks and Audiobooks available for all the staff and students. JS Group focuses on creating a quiet and comfortable reading environment in design. The library bookshelves are designed in an open style, which makes it convenient for students to read books at any time, while also ensuring the fluidity and openness of the space. The book reading sofa is designed flexibly, with both single seats suitable for independent reading and seating configurations suitable for group discussions. Through the intelligent lighting system, the overall environment of the library is brighter and warmer, which helps students stay focused during the reading process.
5. Library
AIC believe literacy is essential to children’s development. AIC aim to foster a love of reading in all students by providing a diverse array of reading materials in a friendly and ambient environment. The school library is an open and safe space for students that supports all teaching and learning programs and ensures the information needs of students are met. Library has an extensive range of fiction and non-fiction books to enhance students learning experience. It provides a large range of both traditional and modern research tools, resources and references that can enhance the critical thinking, communication, literacy and research skills of our students.
JS group provide students and teachers with a comfortable, relaxing and creative communication environment. To meet different needs, the products include modular sofas, flexible tables and chairs, leisure seats and storage solutions. All school furniture is made of environmentally friendly materials to ensure a healthy and safe use experience.
Based on this information, JS Group's design team tailored school furniture solutions for AIC, providing options for different sizes, styles and functions. After the initial design plan was proposed, JS Group provided 3D renderings and VR displays to show the application effects of school desks and chairs in actual classroom spaces. AIC management reviewed the design plan and provided feedback.
After the design was confirmed, JS Group entered the production stage and selected environmentally friendly and durable high-strength plastics, metals and woods to ensure the long life and stability of school desks and chairs. The production line strictly manufactures and assembles school desks and chairs according to the design plan. Each component is quality inspected to ensure that the structure of the desks and chairs is solid and flawless.
After the production of school desks and chairs was completed, JS Group arranged a professional logistics team for transportation. As AIC is located in Australia, JS Group worked closely with local logistics companies to ensure that the transportation process was smooth and on time.
After the school desks and chairs arrived at AIC, JS Group arranged a special installation team to install them on site. According to the pre-designed classroom layout, the team conducted on-site measurements to ensure that the layout and number of school desks and chairs matched the classroom space. According to actual needs, the installation team made fine adjustments during the installation process to ensure the optimal layout of desks and chairs in each classroom. After the installation was completed, JS Group and AIC's management team jointly conducted an acceptance.
